No bog standard 1.2 mark 2!!

My steering has started to make a whining/screeching sound at high speeds, dosent happen all the time but when it does it really squeals! dosent feel like a bearing! anybody any suggestions or had the same problem? Thanks

Does this mean its the same for all clios (mk 1,2,3) that you have to cut the old handle off to put a new one on??? Sounds tricky!!!
