Big gay wing on mine,
I used car without it, same fuel level same tyres and pressure and went out on track, did a proper timed lap as im using car in superlap scotland.
Refitted wing again,same fuel levels, tyres and pressures and put in faster time, not by much but still faster
What i did...
Was looking at a full bolt in cage for the clio ph1, needs to be msa spec as prob doing sls next yr so dont want to have to change again,
What cages does everyone have fitted or who do you all use

Not replaced fluid but thats the next thing to do..
Heat shield is still there but i removed sound deadining after last track day as it was.all split etc.
Never had this issue on ma ph2 but not long had this ph1 so still sorting stuff on it .

Anyone had issues with the powersteering fluid boiling over due to heat in engine bay,
I use the car on road to drive to and from knockhill for trackdays so dont want to remove it.
Ive removed all sound deadining from engine bay, fog lights and going to run cold air ducts up to try and reduce...
172 Gearbox required,must be one with speedo drive and be as cheap as possible.
Would even take one with synchro issues as long as its cheap .
Would required posted unless its located within 150miles of ayrshire,scotland

New to clios and bought myself a 172 with a few issues to use on track but still need it road legal to drive there,
So bear with me on many questions etc.
