    There was some paint on the bore which I removed. The wheels came of a 172, I have yet to see the owner and discuss.

    Good point I will check later.wheels have been refurbished and not easy to see original markings. One wheel is different, this wheel would not fit over rear disc bore and front spacer bore, this wheel could of been drawing itself on to the hub as I tightened it up hence the torque setting...

    Spacer should come off easy I agree but wheel bolts and hub do not appear damaged in any way. When I get home I will try refitting original wheel to test fit and hopefully eliminate bolt from problem or not.
