Ah that's a shame man haha well if you ever book it let me know! I was lucky I have a lot of holiday days left over :) Yeah after this track day I'll be putting the car into a garage and cracking on over the winter.

Yeah mate I bought it already set up for track bucket seats, roll cage, polly front windows etc. I actually booked my first track day today for 11th December at Bedford autodrome only £79 so I thought I'd go for it! :)

Welcome man I am a newbie too recently purchased a 172 cup last month so I'll be keeping a keen eye on your build threads for ideas and tips ;) :)

Nice only about 35-40 minuet drive away, I want to try and organise some small local meets where we can go for a drive on some decent B roads and head somewhere for food ect. Plus would be nice to meet more Clio owners as I've only Owned mine for about a month now :)

Ah sweet man where abouts are you located then? Defiantly have to do a little meet :) You don't happen to have a blue Clio 182 by any chance?

Yeah I paid £2000 for mine and so far it's been worth every penny! Like you say on a B road they really are mad and so much fun to drive! I feel sorry for your neighbours haha ;)

Cheers bud just had a look, gutted I missed out on the last meet. I have recently just bought my Clio 172 cup earlier this month so really keen to get meeting other Clio owners and this forum seems to be very active so hopefully try and get a few meets lined up around the Surrey and Hampshire...

I know the post is a year old but wondering is anyone around the Surrey area is still active and up for some meets?

Next weekend I have free I will defiantly give it a full check over and see what is what, cars stored in garage at the moment and with this weather and dark evenings haven't had much time to get out in it! cheers for the advice :)

Cheers mate, I was looking at going to Caldwell but was told that's a pretty tricky one so either that or Mallory park next month. The Mallory park one is a lot cheaper than Caldwell and looks a more simple track to get started with. But not 100% decided yet

I'm more than happy with the buy really enjoying and especially this being my first Clio I am hooked haha
