Its a Standard CD player in a Mk2 172, the CD plays ok it just won't eject, anyone had this problem and any ideas on how to fix it?

Does anyone find that when starting your car up from cold it sounds like a bag of shite , sort of whiney sound and a abit blowey? and then when taken for a drive and its warmed up properly sounds nice and quiet again?or is this just me? cars a 172 by the way.

Recently took my car to renault to have a new xenon ballast unit replaced , and it seems they've turned the auto headlight function off , so i now have turn them on manually with the stalk , how do i turn it back on? Thanks in advance
