Morning all, Has anyone yet looked into the cost of a cambelt change on a 197? Is it as much of a pain the arse as the 172/182? or have they refind the design to make it easier (i.e. cheaper)? Greg

How long do 172 dampers normally last efore they should be replaced? I know that people have experienced leaking dampers, but presumably they wear out even if you don't have this problem? My car's feeling a little bit baggy and I'm wondering if it's worth spending a couple of hundred to get it...

Was at Upton House on Monday and it turned out they were having a Morris Dancing display - not quite what you'd normally expect though.... They're not perfect (backgrounds are a bit distracting), but seeing as I'm normally rubbish with portraits I was quite pleased :)

Think I've got a wheel bearing gone - am getting a sort of 'hollow' droning noise when I get above 20 mph. Is this going to do any damge if I don't get it changed imediately? Or will it just drive me mad? :mad:
