I have just had a closer look at the back locking system by doing what 'MillerLight' suggested... I now believe the problem is electrical as all seemed fine when I pushed the part to manually open the bonnet. I fiddled around for a bit and it started to work and then died again...but this time...

Hi Guys....hopeing I can get some help! I have got everything to do the oil change .i.e. oil, air filter, washer, sump plug etc. for my 1.2 16v 2002 plate Clio Dyn. bar 1 thing.... I dont know what size or shape the oil sump screw is (the bit you use to undo the sump plug) PLEASE HELP...
