It's not a 172 Cup or even an RS ...but I've started the striping this weekend and removed around 85Kg from my Clio 1.6 16V (99/00), more or less 50Kg in the back and +-35Kg from the front of the car. The next step is battery relocation, A/C removeal and front seats swap :P

I'll mount the bushes next week or so, but I bought wishbones bushes that are the same for all the clios and for ABR inner bushes I bought the 23mm ones... I think that they will fit. I'll give you feedback afterwards. ;)

So you tell me that there's no point of repro the ECU? I saw that probably I get some more binary +-30/40Nm and 10hp in best view, but I'm curious if that reallys makes any difference if I dont change anything more :(

What could happen if you just do a remap without any more modifications? I am a K4M owner ;) and I like to experiment just a remap to see what it will happen, and the diferences from stock ;) What could I do? and expect from it, and if I'll be in risks of damaging seriously anything...

It's because of these "race freaks" and guys that make every Red Light/Green Light "racing start" that I'll make my Clio 1.6 16V "stock" and dont put anything that make him looks like any other Clio 1.2 16V ou Clio 1.4 16V :P I have a R5 GTR and now I bought a Clio 1.6 16V ;) and never show...
