My alarm went off at 7.30am the other day.
When I unlocked it later that day it beeped four times and the led inside flashed too, but I missed that.

my 99 Clio used to do it, you'd get warning beeps as if you'd left a door open,
then the lights and siren would kick in, didn't affect the driving,
but you had to stop asap and take the key out to reset with the fob.
The dealer (Renault London West) had the car on two seperate occasions but...

On Pioneer's site it actually lists part numbers for adapters,
but it's been mentioned that the latest mk2 Clios have a different setup which isn't compatible.

it's harder to judge the speed of an oncoming vehicle if they have their lights on,
as iPap said, round the town, where there's plenty of streetlight you don't need to light your path,
so putting sidelights on rather than dipped beam makes a lot of sense.
then, so does indicating correctly, but...

If you haven't got the connector hooked up to the head unit,
then you don't need to snip the wire in the footwell,
just splice it, that way you can put it back to stock when you sell the car.
When you say sh*te, what's so bad?
I imagine they're more practical than the huge disc wheel locks.
