install weight vs handling ?

Car  Clio 182
How much of an effect would installing two subs, boxed and an amp on one side of the boot have on a cars balance / handling ?
 
I could feel the difference in my 182 when I removed the sub and amp. suppose its the same as having a full tank of fuel.....
