My girlfriends 94 clio RSI 1.8 just failed it mot on parking brake lever has no reserve travel, i guess this means it need trighting but can't see where to adjust it ?

Hi can any recomment a quiet stainless steel exhaust for my mk1 172 ? as the K-tec system on it a bit loud / boy racery for me
