Mk1 cilio handbrake

My girlfriends 94 clio RSI 1.8 just failed it mot on parking brake lever has no reserve travel, i guess this means it need trighting but can't see where to adjust it ?

Any one know how to tighten the handbrake on mk1 with disc on the back? I would guess its the same as a 16v or William
