I don't normally bother with Playstation anymore but after noticing some adverts for these game it looks better than GT4. Has it been reviewed yet? Would be really annoying if it had all of the cars/tracks and the handling was unrealistic. Although i remember the first TOCA Race Driver being a...
Not really, OEM parts aren't known for being cheap. If the guy is a decent sprayer then he will make sure to feather in the new parts into the rest of the panels.
There were a few threads a while back with compliants of the 1.2's figures. 30pg was the norm really, nothing that special. How many revs is the 172 doing at say, 80mph? That's the difference i think.
Cool, i was looking at that one. I'd wait until buying a car until the end of the month when they're gagging to sell it. If you're P/Xing i would offer £7,500 max.
I don't expect anyone to listen though. It's the sort of thing you look back on when you're 40 and think "I can't believe i did that!"
I am a bit of a hyprocrite as i've spent loads on cars and have regretted it all. Lol.
Anyone know if the 172 alarm is CAT 1?
All 182s i've seen under 9k are non-Cup and have pretty big mileage, around 50k. I prefer 172s anyway as they're more discreet.
Why not go to the Caribbean instead?
The 182 is one of the finest hot hatches ever but it's problem is being FWD. If you're bored with the car then just move up the ladder, be a man and get a RWD.
No point spending thousands on a FWD unless you are going to race it. You could probably do a...
I found a mint black 172 on Autotrader with 20k miles and 1 lady owner. Unfortunatley it was too good to be true at just over £7k, it was sold!
So sneeks do all imports lack alarm and locking wheel nut bolts? Any other obvious differences?
Cheers.
Hi Guys,
I am buying a 172 next month and was hoping for the run down of things to look for.
I know that the exhausts are problematic, why exactly, just fall off? I also understand there is a front suspension issue? I forget...
Cheers.
Your car is inherently set up to understeer as it is designed to be a shopping trolley for mumsy.
Investigate what you can do with the front geometry. The cheapest way to influence the car's handling is sorting out some anti roll bars. You will want a thicker one at the rear. You could also...
I had some Works wheels but unfortunately had to swap them because they wouldn't go over brakes.
I had the VSXX
