Yep, I also live in West London which I heard is an area which increases the premium. But at the end of the day, I doubt I can find anything below £1200, so I'll consider £1400 a decent price. All I need is to build up that 1 NCB and the second year's premium will be much better.

Yep, Norwich currently offer 30% discount I think. A year ago, I heard they offered almost 50%. But Fully Comp for the price I'll be paying on TPFT, that's actually pretty good. :)

How old is he? If he's older, that could account for him paying less possibly. What quote is he getting may I ask?
