how do i lower the back of my 96 clio, and how to get each side lowered the same? what dampers do you recommed ?

i get 40 - 45 mpg in my 1.2 8v and thats round town & given her a fair bit of boot!

my 1.2 clio is pretty quick on acceleration not sure how fast to 60, what your to speed?

ive got a 96 clio rl prima 1.2, i was drivin along and she just cut out and wont start, any got any ideas as to what the problem could be ? any help would be great cheers.
