hi all i have just purchased a transit sport with grey leather and being a van its a bit grubby, just wondered whats the best cleaning conditioning route without any damage? any help much appreciated

a quick 1 to all the people in the know, are the basic subframes the same across the range ie 172 will fit a 1.2 and vice versa? as i need another frame for mine. as always any help is much appreciated:S sorry should say phase 1 172

can anybody please tell me the torque settings for the head on a mk1 clio 16v please as all my tech data is locked up at work...:D :D :D

just thought id say hello as i have just joined,i have just bought a mk 1 clio 16v with a knackered engine,i have already bought a complete engine and just wondered if there was any tweeks people would recommend while i have the engine out?:D
