mk1 16v head torque??

can anybody please tell me the torque settings for the head on a mk1 clio 16v please as all my tech data is locked up at work...

30nm, then 51 deg, wait a few mins, loosen 1+2, retorque to 25nm, then 108 deg, then loosen and repeat for the rest.
