Reason i ask is for the other way round - I want to take off my after market kit and put on standardbut no one seems to be getting rid of any standard stuff!!!

Right i know the engines are different, brakes are, is the suspension different or will valver suspension fit dirrectly onto the RT?? RT is a 1996 btw!!

Mine does this - i thought it might be because the sunroof was leaking - but i sealed it all - put new batteries in the remote and its still tempromental!!
It seems to work after i have run the car or through th e day - but on a morning i always have to set my alarm off to get in then turn it...
It should have - my drivers side did in my RT!!
I think you have to be off the seat for it to go up and on the seat to go down!!
If i remember rightly its on the side of the seat!!

I think your saxo is the first one i have actually liked the look of!!
Your mate will spend a fortune - and chances are he wouldn't be 100% happy with the look of it due to shoddy workman ship etc. Plus how much of a fool will he look when they look in the back of his car and see seats!!

What is involved in changing / replacing ones that theiving scrotes have tried to have there way with??

I got some crystal clear side repeaters from halfrauds - i think they were £17.99 - well they weren't more than £20 any way!!
You can walk in and get them - they are a good fit and easy to do!!
And you can pick up there and then rather than saving a fiver from on line and waiting a week to...
Do all the prep work your self - this you cant really c*ck up then pay some one to spray it!!
Its the prep work which costs as more labour intense!!

I think you've got a good base to work on there buddy!!
I would get some clear side repeaters and get rid of those badges around them!!
I wouldn't personally have the stickers but its your preference!!

I gave my car a quick service theother day - oil, spark plugs etc etc. Any way its about time for changing my airfilter - is it worth getting an after market jobbie or just getting a replacement element or even an induction kit??

I have corbeau recliners - which will be same fitting idea as buckets!!
Bassically you have to take the whole seat and frames out then decifier your way through after that!!
There are 2 bolts which attache under the car (on each seat) which is in where the exhaust runs - if i remember right...
If you've still got the back box and its not in too bad condition - take it to charlie browns or quick fit and get it put back on!!
They just have a stainless steel tube with clamps and clamp it on - should only cost about a £20 max and will last long enough - at least until you want to pay...
Fair do's - that sounds pretty cheap - might be worth a look - see if any one has one!!
Fiting is Easy to do if you can get it high enough and you don't have to cut stuff off - gets annoying then!!

I'd go to a propper place that do custom exhausts - that way you can get the exact pitch you want and stuff!!
My mate has got a magnex on his focus (i know not renault but still) sounds really good through the low gears and then hums in the higher ones when cruising!!
