:S the rubber on my steering wheel grips have cracked and split in half at the back. I noticed the rubber was lifting a few months ago but i am sure the heat must have done somethin. If anyone knows where i mean, have you had that prob? can i buy rubber grips or would i have to replace...

My 172 is awful when is cold. It jerks on changing gear and big sluggish. Its a little bit lumpy for the first 5!:)

That sounds pants. Is it a common thing in 172's? i cant afford that much money if mine blows! Is it actually to do with drivin the car at hi revs? i gonna have to start drivin like a granny now!
