Am gonna be sending the cup on a crash diet next weekend to gain some free horse power. Thinkin about removing the roof lining, grab handles and sun visors. Was hoping someone knows roughly what weight this comes to. Want to know if its worth doing!
Decided to remove my bmc cda today, and replaced it with a espace V6 airbox, ITG filter and 105mm cold air feed. Already have my battery relocated to the boot courtesy of mr burp!;) The car was just not liking the bmc compared to my old ph1 setup.

Just given my cup a quick clean. It was bloody filthy. Is in need of a good wash, clay, polish and wax soon. Got my konigsports fitted before xmas and hadnt put any piccies up on the forum since i had them fitted. Enjoy. :D
The wifes pug 106 xnd is on its way out. Weve got 3,500 to play with so ive suggested she gets a 172. She only likes the phase 2 172 in black. So was hopeing a few of you guys dont mind showing a few pictures of yours to help make her mind up.
Went and paid Burp a visit today. Had a couple of mods done to the car. First off had the battery relocated to the boot, then had a BMC CDA fitted with a 45degree bend in place of the battery and a caf to the fog light. Very happy with the work!!!:):cool:

Was hopeing someone wouldnt mind doing a photoshop on my cup by dropping the ride height about 40mm! Just so the wheels just go into the arches. Could you remove the clio cup sill sticker too?

The small coolant hose next to the air box on my 172 cup has split where the clip connects to it. Been doing a search and it looks like you have to get the whole set of coolant hoses rather than just the one. Is it possible just to get this one hose new? Or can i get an uprated thicker one...
Thinkin about getting some cheap cobra monacos for my 172 cup from ebay. I know you can get slide rail subframes for them. but i need to use the standard seat belts as i have to still use the rear seats. Is this possible. If so is it easy to do or am i going to need to modify the subframes? cheers.
