I saw the 197 Cup on the Janspeed stand at Donny (as pictured earlier in the thread) and I absolutely adore the look of the exhaust. Didn't hear it or anything but i said to one of the guys from Janspeed how impressed I was with the look. Top choice! Are you sure that is your actual car...

you wrote this thread thinking trophy owners aren't aware of this? lol! as has been said a specialist can rebuild for a couple of hundred each! But you have to be very very unlucky to get a problem with them....only 1 owner out of hundreds on the trophy forum has had a problem...in 3...

i know of the owner. I like it...not as good as white turini's would look but still bloody good looking and a tad more individual!

think 172 Cups are ET38 and Trophy's ET45. Oh and cups are 195 profile and Trophy's 205!

i wouldn't describe v8's as an exciting noise. wack a yozza and viper with custom CAF on your clio and it will be 1 of the best noises you ever hear a car make!

/\/\/\/\ white with white wheels......lovely! My bro has had 2 evo's since his new 172 Cup and still maintains that once you get over the sheer speed of the evo in a straight line, the clio was a much much better drive....and he does miss it from time to time!

a friend of mine had a ktec stealth and it made no noise, if you want to be excited...get a yozzasport!

Im certainly not the maturist driver on the road, but for my age I would definately say that I am a mature driver. Put most 19 or 20 year olds in a trophy that makes the sound mine does and they would have died before the petrol ran out. I pretty much don't bother with 1.2's if they try it on...

i brought one, and then tested inlet temps against a viper and custom cold air feed a few months later...needless to say the viper was kept and the simota sold....it definately loses power from heat soak! Inlet temps were over 10 deg C higher than with the viper and air feed! heat = less...
