One cannot argue that the synrcos should not crunch on the first drive with the oil grade recommended by him (75w-90, but i later tried 75w80 after with no diference), somsomething was clearly not right...

    My pressure switch is like below for my SPA gauge, i did use a 1/8" BSP to 1/8" NPT adaptor rather than to just wind it straight in and hopew for the best.

    What terminal speeds are people getting? Thats generally a good way to compare as they come out reasonaly consistent regardless of how well you manage to launch it.

    Fuel rail

    You can run an external regulator on the stock fuel rail, and you can convert the in/out to -6 in a less glorified way if you wanted to keep costs down. I tested the plastic rail to 7 bar without issues too, its quite strong.

    If you can be arsed to send the pipe(s) to me, i can put a flare on them for you (i have a flaring tool). I detest the huge T bolt style boost clamps, they are not much better than a normal clamp imo. I have always used JCS hi grip stainless clamps with great results, you can buy a complete set...

    My main problem on my new build was excessive pressure blowing pipes of the heater matrix. Although overkill i ended up independantly cooling the turbo, but havent had an issue since thankfully. Nice results, good luck with cranking the boost up, it all starts getting very fun (Y)
