I know that valvers and williams are well known for going through the brown stuff pretty quick. but how quick is quick? I do quite a few motorway miles prob almost 1000 in the last month and valver seems to have gone through about a 3rd of a full tank of oil. Do i have a leakage...

looks like i may need a new starter motor for the valver. Any ideas on how much the total job will cost? won't be taking it to renault, just normal decent garage. cheers

Morning all, I have a valver which simply won't fire when the weather is wet. The battery is brand new, the distributer and rotor arm are new, as are the leads and the spark plugs. I don't think there is a problem with these parts anyway as once the car does start it runs perfectly. Also...

About to put a de-cat on my valver. If i told my insurers would they get peeved at me or thank me for letting them know. Im with adrian flux. A fairly leniant company when it comes to mods i think. cheers
