does anyone have any idea wot my gearbox number is? i have a clio 1997 1.2i RL i need the number so i can get a driveshaft it is either JB4/5 or JB0/1/3 iv had a look but cant see the code anywhere :mad: anyone got any ideas? thanks

cheers for the feedback it is my first car pretty tidy i reckon lookin at lowering springs for wen i get paid :D anyone kno where i can get some cheap ones? or anywhere cheap to fit them around leicester area cos i dont know s**t :P

iv been thinking about it but the middle part on my exhaust hangs really low, iv seen other mk1 ph3 and they hang just as low, i dont want to scrape everywhere :(

mangaged to get the valver seats out ended up lyin in the s**t at the scrappy and the bolts were a little rusty but manged in the end! 20 quid each, im assuming this is a fairly good price? they r in my clio now which seemed much easier to sort than removing them was i may post pics wen i figure...

mine does exactly the same,touch wood it hasnt done it since i had my cambelt and engine fixed after the cambelt snapped havent got a clue wots up with it tho sorry lol

car is a 1.2 rl mk1 ph3 word on the street is that the bolts for the inner subframes on the front seats can only be accessed under the car? im gettin new seats tomoro from the scrappy, wot is gonna be the easiest way to get the seats out with subframes? shud i ask the guys to flip the car over...

LS52 XRM i was in my silver mk1 ph3 at the lights on leicester street (the one that goes by Boots) in Melton Mowbray.
