I'll take photos of the installation, get witnesses to sign to say they have seen it being fitted and working correctly. Date it all, keep receipts and then if the wheels come off it's not my fault.

When I had it serviced the first time, I mentioned a naff speaker. Their replied "Well, we'll have to test that and make sure you havent turned it up to loud" I thought to myself, jesus its the original headunit and some cheapy door speakers. If they have that sort of attitude :S
