forgot to say, it only squeaks when engaging either 3rd or 5th. It doesnt squeak under normal driving while not changing gear.

Got them for £370 without tyres mate. Treated them with polish and coats of Poorboys Wheel Sealant (Thanks for advice Rich) before putting them on. It seems to keep the brake dust off well.

They're 16's mate. Got them off ebay a copule of weeks ago.

Is it worth (to save weight on a 172 ff mk2) chucking the spare wheel in the garage and carrying a couple of cans of tyre weld around instead?
