I have decided to sell this after much deliberation! I have no idea behind its history/rarety, etc. If anyone can shed any light on it, I would much appreciate it! Please note, this is not a for sale thread...
Re: ***How much is my car worth?***
Just for some guidance for those trying to sell.
I sold my wife's 182 in October. Had it on here (unofficially ;)), Autotrader and Pistonheads. Was 04-54, black, cup suspension but not alloys, 63k with FSH (all but one main dealer) and had had both belts...
Was having a nosy at used cars when I saw this:

States it's green but is it liquid blue, one of the 29 made??!!
Sorry Karl but gotta agree with the others on here. What you're really saying is *** ANYONE WANNA BUY MY CLIO???!!! ***
If you got it cheap, why don't you just advertise it for what it owes you and move on. If you want to make some profit then price it slightly below what other similar...
Think about it. Police go round to his house, and he stinks of booze. Yeah officer, just had 'x' amount of cans at home before you got here/just got back from pub/etc. Unless you catch 'em red handed you're peeing in the wind. Once they drive off you're pretty much goosed with regards drink...
Yeah probably. The 182's seem more mileage sensitive than some cars. It's probably because they aren't the best quality. I have seen an increase in low mileage cars with no history as well which to me are just clocked high mileage cars.
Just sold the wifes 04-54 182, 63k FSH, black, cup susp and alloys, both belts replaced. £4200 on ebay. Had it up for four months and had one viewing before ebay. For a while it was the cheapest on Pistonheads and still hardly any interest. In todays market, if you really want to sell, and we...
You should have bought mine you nugget. Went for £4200 on ebay the other day. Was 182 04-54 with 63k. Guy who came to get it was well happy. He got an absolute bargain. Mileage doesn't matter as much as condition. There are quite a few 'low' milers out there with no history but personally I...
Mine was the cheapest 182 on Pistonheads for ages (excluding Cat D cars) and I still had hardly any interest. Seems to be more jokers around at the moment who e-mail and then you never hear from them again. I had to sell as the Mrs is pregnant but I think if you don't need to sell, just hang on...
Got £4200 for the wife's the other day. 54 182, black, 63k FSH, cambelt and drive belt already done. Put it on e-bay for 10 days and got one bid. Just the state of the market.
Thanks mate. I wasn't too keen on the car at first (Renault=s**t) but the wife wanted one. I work shifts so sometimes come home in the early morning and you just couldn't beat the 182 for getting you home quick. Wouldn't be selling if not for the baby but that's life! Had loads of idiots...
Just the way it goes I suppose. I've sold my old cars straight away in the past coz they've always been mint. I'm honestly amazed by how long it has taken to sell and for how little.
Well, I have just come to the end of an epic journey.
We bought our Clio 182 in April 2007 for £6000. It was a 54 plate in black with cup suspension and wheels and had done 54,000 miles. That was a damn good price back then and was about £1000 below trade but it was a friend's car who just...
Re: Where do i stand with car dealership ? Some info and help from the cliosport lot
Did you test drive it? Surely some of these faults would have shown up on a test drive. To be honest, if they have sold you something with loads of faults on it, they aren't likely to sort them out as they...
I just cant understand why it aint selling. Can't believe you got 6.5k for yours in May! Gutted. Its been on ebay now for over 7 days and its £4200 with no reserve yet no bids. Have 22 watchers but think some of those may be other 182 owners seeing how much I get. Will you have a look at the ad...
Just to give you an idea, my wife's black gold 54-plate 182 is on ebay at the moment. Its done 63k miles and is up at £4200. No bids at the moment and has been on a week.
