Sounds like the IDE/Sata (depending on how old your machine is) has either come off the board or out of the back of the hard drive therefore not picking up the hard drive with the operating system

I got Phillips silvertech in the front. Yes they still have the smallest of orange tint but when they flash on they are very bright. In my opinion much better built than the others.

I know the feeling I did my sidelights and it was an absolute arse of a job! So fitting 6000k philips ultinons wouldnt be a problem compatability wise?
