Can anyone tell me whether you can disable the standard alarm, by removing fuse etc on a ph1 172. My car has the gearstick led, and pillar sensors etc, but when i lock the car the led doesnt flash neither does the alarm go off when i try to set it off. Want to see if i can get it working for...

when my car is idling it makes a sort of sqeaky noise, but it stops when you press the clutch any ideas? also it is only really noticble when warm.

I have a 172 exclusive, but my mate really really wants to buy the exclusive BBS wheels off me. I have been thinking about it for ages but still cant decide. Do you think it will spoil the car if i lose the alloys?? Also how much do you think there worth as there are 5 of them and in good condition.

Just thought i would post a pic of my exclusive as they are quite rare. Going to give it a polish tomorrow as im quite suprised how nice its cleaning up. What do you think about lowering her but keep the wheels?

My mate is thinking of buying a new exhaust for his 172. We are going to fit a new one ourself as we have done a few before. My exhaust system has 2 silencers side by side, is this normal? as his 172 has only 1.

I have recently brought a 172 exclusive. when i first brought the car i noticed the car has alot more power when you hit 5k revs and would pull alot quicker. Is this normal as i have noticed that it doesnt seem to do it anymore.
