I brought them and since I have tried, contenital sport contact 2, yoko s drives and t1r's and never found anything that has so much all round grip. In the wet the best tyre I have ever used on any car. Only downer so soft and grippy they didnt last as long as others.

hi guys i ran a 16.02. standard with exsaust. (Dyno'd the same as standard BHP) Top speed was always the same at 96mph. Ran 20spi in the front and 30psi. Always had a great start. I will get the videos up and the slip times. So if any knows enough to tell what i was doing wrong or right. please...
i work in a pub and a local who happens to be a car tuning spec and ex racer say just floor it. dont worry about the wheel spin you will be quicker if you wheel spin then if you dont.

I'm going to Santa Pod on Sat ND Aug. I drive a 172 with a performance exhaust.
Does anyone one know what i should hold the revs at for the best possible start. I know i need to turn off the TSC (Traction Control System) but is there any other serious tips.

you get what you pay for. i have red stuff ceramic. I've had no probs at all. i only upgraded coz i was getting brake fade. i was temped by yellow stuff but i was recommended to go with red stufff as yellow stufff is poor in the cold and better for cars over 300BHP
i also have 205/45/16 tyres on my 172. guys are you sure you wont get any rubbing with people in the back. i have a standard setup and i think if i drop 20mm then have 2 people in the back it will scrub.
any probs with the front with speed bumps etc. do you have splitters?
i think its how you drive it i can also get an average 44mpg on my 172 and i have a plowerflow exhuast system.
I also agree that a standard air box is better, i fitter a piperx viper and i tested it i think it was slightly slower to pick up at about 3000 revs. It did sound great if you like...
