My mum had her Saxo valeted by some company and the 'belts felt really smooth and shiney after it was done. Wasn't a greasy feeling, just very smooth. What product would do that to them?

I'd assume it would make the paint go crazied if you're not careful/do it wrong. I've got some sticking out dents on my bonnet from where the prevous owner/garage in it's past slammed it down on top of tools etc. Wonder if this will fix some of those?

Flux all the way. They bend over backwards for me to beat re-newal. Get some quotes via confused and autotrader etc and phone Flux up, tell them it's cheaper. They'll want proof so I give them the login details for my confused account then they go "fair enough". Sometimes they only beat it...

Well I don't have the car manual, never got one with the car. I don't have the key for it either, I suppose it's the same one as the boot lock? I don't have the key for the boot lock so I guess I'll have to find a boot lock/glove box lock and key combo from the scrappers...

Yeah just twigged. Only ever called them Machine Polishers because Porter Cable is the manufacturer isn't? I'm a pedant so refuse to call a vacuum cleaner by the common name "Hoover" if you see where I am coming from.
