Hiya, I have been looking at the Mk1 Clio's as they are going for around £500 and they seem nice little motors to learn in. I won't be learning until December but If I see a Mk1 at a bargain, are they good cars to buy/insure/drive? Cheers, Ryan ;)

I'm from Lytham and there are a few clio's knocking about....this became more obvious when Rags flew past me this morning whilst I was waiting for my supervisor to pick me up from work... What a sweet car!!

Many people do, I dunno why people are saying it is Fraud etc. Basically I want a silver clio and gradualy modify it. I know out of a 1.2 I am never going to be rapid, but its a start.

Class. The insurance is the main worry for me, as apparently its fraudulent for my Dad to be the primary driver and me names as a second :dapprove:
