In my opinion, yes. I have an LG C5, it's very bright like I said but my room is dark, I run the OLED brightness at about 60% for non HDR content. I'd say at that level it's the same brightness as my old CX was peak! If you got a G series then it would be even brighter again.
I'm team OLED but you're right about not being the best for a very bright room, but it would have to be very bright. My 2025 CX is so much brighter than my 2020 CX was, I've had to turn it down.
If you want mini led this looks a nice deal -...
Yep, that's what I'm on atm, renewed at 5.5 years old on black friday 2024. I'd renew again if I could as it's a really good deal.
I don't need a warranty, it's just a golf at the end of the day, but it was nice having that peace of mind, never had it before on a car.
Found it on the VW website, VW want £1100 a year to cover my 2019 GTI on the full cover package, only done 45k miles too.
Mad, I'll not be bothering with that then 🤣
Who is that with?
I've had the All In pack on my Golf since I got it but it runs out at the end of this year and as it's now over 6 years old I can't buy it again.
Been incredible value, the servicing alone is worth it, plus I've had a couple of warranty claims, the biggest being a new AC...
Proper sad indeed.
It's gone downhill a lot though, I think my last purchase from game was my Xbox one on launch day. I last went to one a few years ago to pick up ACC and they had no stock, but they didn't have much stock of any video games/consoles. Just a load of shitty toys.
They really...
For me it's 1 and 2, I was at uni for them and played them so much.
3 I never got on with, 4 I really liked, 5 is a bit meh but I've played it a fair bit, probably because it was one of the first true next (current?) gen games.
Playtime seems to agree, no data for 360 sadly, never actually...
Two codes, one is HOLLOW and then sign up for the newsletter and they send you a 15% voucher code. Can use both.
It's £530, or do it in two transactions (rim and pedals separate) and strangely it's £520, just need two 15% codes.
They don’t, but even so with the vouchers it comes to £520 with the basic pedal set, which is a load cell brake

Yep, that's what I'm thinking too, it's better but fanatec is more sellable.
The RS50 actually works out cheaper if you buy it in parts rather than the bundle, which is weird, but allows you to buy the PS base and XB hub. They also have some pretty good voucher deals, which make the...
Same, I have moved over to ps5 now, this might be my last ever Xbox game which is a bit sad but I’ve accepted it’s dead.
I have GP so will play it on that until it expires, then make a call on if I buy it for ps5 later.
Back on the idea of a sim rig, it must be winter and I'm bored 🤣
Has anyone tried the Logitech RS50?
I think realistically options are RS50 or DD Pro, I ideally want PC/PS5 and Xbox compatibility and I don't think a T598 can offer all three.
I think the RS50 is the better base and the entry...
My 65C5 turned up today, been a week since I sold the 55CX so I've been using some shitty 40" JVC Fire TV for the last week.
This one seems properly massive now, for the viewing distance it's about right but the room isn't massive. I'm sure I'll think it's too small in a few days when I'm used...
Richersounds did me a price match thanks to this screenshot, thanks again. £1179 in the end, happy with that!
Finally getting a 65" upgrade, need to sell my old 55 CX now.
Does anyone here have a costco account and could check the price of this please

I would get a disc one, it works out a lot cheaper, especially if you plan to buy new releases, complete them and sell them. But if you don't then it's easy to add a disc drive later (assuming you buy the slim version, they don't make the old fat one any more).
Some cracking deals at the...
I echo the above, I had that exact one at my old job to control a computer that was on a big screen in the office and it worked great. Meant I didn't have to keep getting up from my desk to walk over to it.
I got mine from palicomp, if you buy from them don't buy any of the extras like OS or warranty/fast build etc. They will offer them at big discounts afterwards if you do want them.
Apart from that, a decent company it seems, happy with mine.
I echo the above, I got one of the RG35XX handhelds, I got a bit further than @Flat Eric and set up a new OS (Onion iirc) on a new SD card with some roms before it went in the drawer :ROFLMAO:
Nothing plays like it does on original HW imo.
I really love owning retro stuff, don't have loads...
This is the one I've seen, just don't see me using it, my OLED Switch just sits in it's dock 99% of the time.
