I have exactly the same problem on my 172 Cup, Guage never goes over halfway, but the radiator fan never comes on, regardless of how hard its pushed or how long left idling. I have the service light on, and when checked with a diagnostic tool it returns a Radiato Fan fault, but can be turned on...

Does anyone have a Hazard Warning Light switch going spare for a 172 Cup, or know of a cheap source? The main dealer wants £33 for one the robbing gits. :mad: I've had a look round a couple of scrap yards near by, but no luck. Thanks in Advance.

Don't always trust Halfords website database though, a the one I just bought from them for my 172 Cup is way too big. Having to go back tomorrow to get the right one. That'll teach me to look under the bonnet and double check next time :(
