172 Cup Cambelt Change in North West

Hi All,

New to the website, just hoping someone could give me some advice on where is a good place to have the Cambelt changed on a 172 Cup in the North West at a reasonable price.

Do I have to go to a specialist/main dealer or can I go to a smaller private garage?

Finally what would expect a reasonable price is for a 72K service and the Cambelt change.

Has anyone used Renault Specialist Breakers for a job like this before? They only mention breaking up of vehicles on their Website.

they're have a team of ex renault techs that work there, they're 1 of only 4 people i would let do a cambelt change on a 172/182 in the uk!

I've sent them an email asking them if their willing to do it.

Hopefully they'll get back to me tomorrow.

Any idea how much they are likely to charge?

they're cheap! best to ring matt on 01254 386661, they sometimes don't answer e-mails (when you call ask for matt and mention me)
