Yeah think it might be something more central though as all the back lights flicker... Anyone else seen this?

Hi all, Just got a Clio 1.2 TCE Dynamique, 2010 model and the rear lights have all started flickering. I've seen a few posts about it, so know it's probably some wiring our connector? Any idea how much it might cost to fix? Or if it's something i should be able to sort? Many thanks David

The button in front of the gear lever locks / unlocks all doors... But the key won't disarm the immobiliser...

When I took the ECU out one of the connectors wasn't making contact with the board... We soldered it so it was making a connection, but still doesn't work :-( Really could do with removing the immobiliser also... :-( Difficult to look past Renault really, but then they have you over a barrell! :-(

Anyone had any experience of this?

Any further ideas guys? Anyone know how to take out the immobiliser?

These on a 98 R reg?? fearless? Shepperdspie? We did it to 120 so far... Should we tighten it?

OP?!?!? P.S Have changed the batteries, and the light on the fob is brighter...... But still no joy with disabling the immobiliser... Guess I need to get some engineer to take a look......

True.... Not overly sure though... Surely if I hit the key fob about 20 times and the red light keeps flashing on it, it should have had enough power in to send a signal on the 1st press..... Who knows...

Ring around the ignition barrel?? what are you suggesting? I only have the 1 key unfortunately, but will try changing the battery 1st as a cheap solution... Although the red light on the key lights up...

I understand that, but even though they are both at the right markers shouldn't it be tight? Had heard from somewhere we might need to wind the engine on a couple of times?!?

My dad and I have had the head skimmed and have put most of the engine back together... But have came across an issue... The Timing Belt We have lined up the bottom mark and pull it in line with the top mark, when we tighten the tensioner, the front part of the belt is still not tight... How...
