I think you're getting a bit carried away now Daniel mate, stop stressing about it!! I was merely stating that not many RS Clio's, no matter what the price, seem to be selling at the mo, that's all :rasp:

My original post was stating that NONE of them seem to be selling at the mo though, not even the cheap ones!!

That's a fair few more miles than mine's done though matey, surely that counts for alot having done over 21k miles less!! Anyway, I'm luckily not in a rush to sell so will just persevere with it and see if I get any interest at this price for now rather than being too hasty and just giving it away

It's a 172 (53 plate), but there are hardly any (if any at all!!) with as low mileage on as mine on Pistonheads, and there's a fair few with a lot more miles on than mine that are asking alot more than me aswell hence the reason I thought mine was priced about right??!!

I honestly thought I'd priced mine perfectly, completely standard bar a s/s exhaust, black, low owners, full service history, cambelt done, low miles (50k), £3000! Is that 'really' overpriced, surely not???

I bought my mates 172 off him a couple of months ago in part ex for my van with the sole intention of selling it on quickly, wish I hadn't bothered now, I only did it as a favour to him as he was deperate to buy my van! :(

Is it just me or am I right in thinking that Clio 172's/182's etc, aren't selling very well at the mo?? You can literally count on 1 hand the amount that are sold when searching through the first 12-13 pages on Pistonheads :S

Phase 2 172 Been offered a 2003/53 plate 172 but what do you think is a fair price I should be paying for it? (been away from the Clio scene for a while so fallen a bit behind with what they're fetching nowadays :S) It's black, fsh, completely standard apart from a s/s exhaust, and it's done...

Just removed the steering rack from my phase 1 172 and have discovered that the threads in one of the power steering pipe holes on the rack are a bit chewed up :( The pinion part of the steering rack (the part where all the power steering pipes screw into) can be separated from the rest of the...

WRONG!!! :lolup: It is infact a 2.1 litre engine in it running just over 280bhp at present. Soon to be fitted with a more suitable turbo though which should see the power raise above the 300bhp mark...:rasp:
