I have used the search bar but not managed to find anything matching the symptoms I'm having so was hoping some of you might be able to help. I'm getting a misfire on the cylinder closest to the cambelt, the car has had a new coil pack, new leads, new plugs and new injectors, when I unplug each...
As long as the cage complies to race regulations i know someone who had a cage fabricated by a so called motorsport development firm and with no certficate or paperwork had to be ripped out and done to regulations of the series he was racing in.
Great stuff giving me food for thought now have to keep a eye on the tin top section for a car be good to get on track with some cliosport members on here.
Spherical ball jionts the whole suspension fits together through the strut brace which you have to use it moves with the clio thats why everyone says the cup cars feels like they handle on rails only bearings not there but there available from R SPORT.
had a half cage made up and powdercoated direct from CAGED as the group buy on CS went pear shaped, two cobra buckets fitted and back stripped out,has GAZ gold coilovers but getting rid of them as i have a full clio cup race car suspension set up from TCR and R SPORT to fit.
good stuff mate got myself a silver phase 1 172 w reg ally bonnet and all that work in progress done cadwell and snetterton so far prefer it to the 182 cups TBH.
UNLIKE most clio crap on the market that is a clio cup racer OMP strut brace and is part of the front suspension bilstein set up they cost £200 i have a full new cup racer set up including the strut brace bought from R SPORT.
