How to tell if cup springs are geniune??
The springs do have the yellow and white stripes painted on them I am changing the springs over tomorrow so hopefully the sport ones have the two white stripes like you suggest. I will post some pictures up tomorrow for comparison. Thanks for pointers =)- sazzle

Wondering if anyone can help, I've just bought what I think are a set of cup springs off ebay for my mk 2 172. How can I tell if they are geniune renault cup springs and what are the difference between standard sport versions, are they shorter or have a noticeable drop ect....? Any help would be...- sazzle
