    Ahhhh been having same trouble with my 53pl 172 except the engine management light came on and without using my ECU reader n code wiper it went off :dapprove: As for ringing Renault well pointless don't even think they know a thing about these cars so rather stuck at this point so any ideas...

    Hi i also got 172 cup had this prob try lookin under nearside and u will see a twisted lower stabilising bar.....the rubbers on each end tend 2 wear with harsh acceleration. Up rated versions on offer at Ktec racing or fat washer either end tightened alittle more than usual,it may work its just...

    I have same issue every god damn year with mine,i got in touch with VOSA last year they confirmed that this is how the car is made,the garage then rung them 2 confirm it which they did but i`m in the same fuckin situation again grrrr. Renault want blowing up tossers they will not give any info...
