It's that Utopia that was on the other week... Tried it with others. Also the same result with ITV player. BBC Iplayer is the only one that isn't charging me!!
Just installed a Youview box and hooked it up to the internet. I went on Catch Up and BBC iPlayer works fine but I went to watch a program on 4OD and it is trying to charge me £1.15 rental?? I have looked this up on the internet and can't find anything about it and it says that the catch up...
I got myself a decent specced Sony Vaio with i5 and 6GB of RAM. About 50 quid more expensive than the Samsung equivalent but feels more solid and sleek and a pleasure to use. £530 altogether which I can't grumble at IMO
The first one is a HD TV and the second one has 3D... Is 3D something you would use?
With a big purchase like this it may be worth signing up to Quidco or something like that and seeing what places offer cashback.
I recently bought an LG 42 inch Smart TV from Very.co.uk and got 10% off my first...
Okay bear with me on this one as I am not the best when it comes to cables but I will try my best.
I have just moved into a new house and have a new LG Smart TV with built in Freeview HD. There is a metal conventional aeriel on top of the roof with a coax cable coming down the side of the house...
God no!! That's how much I paid for the camera with both lenses and I intend to keep hold of it for another year or two :) Brilliant camera for a decent price was the point I was trying to make
They are £400 new with kit lens, and considering I got a better lens than standard (18-70 instead of 18-55) AND a prime lens chucked in which should be £150, I didn't get a bad deal tbh
I know i've posted this a few times but I have the Nikon D5100 with 50mm 1.8 and a 18-70mm lens. 6 month old on eBay for £420. Perfect condition. The lenses will be a bit more expensive as they need the auto focus motor built in, but if you are only getting a couple of lenses you won't see the...
You will find that you will either be a Canon or Nikon lover. I fully expected to be a Canon fanboy but after playing with them I went for Nikon. I think for the price range you are looking at Nikon have the slight edge over Canon for image quality but the lenses are a bit more expensive because...
Nikon D5100 all the way. Go on www.snapsort.com and compare a few. Within that price range you're looking at second hand Nikon D5100 or Canon 600D. Both have good lenses available. I got a D5100 with an improved kit lens (18-70 instead of 18-55) and a 50mm 1.8 which is by far my favourite for...
Guys,
I am off to Croatia for the weekend for a lads holiday next week and would LOVE to take my DSLR but that would be a stupid idea!
Can anyone recommend a cheap point and shoot camera? Only really want to be spending £100-120
The Canon IXUS 230 and the Sony WX 50 are a couple that I have...
Okay so I want to get a few studio lights and backdrop etc as I have been asked by a friend to take some pics of her for her dancing degree or whatever she does.
To start with I want to get the essentials but only have a £100 budget this month and will expand next month. I have a Metz flash...
WHO has drank all the milk????
Just put on Auto and snapped, I know the settings are all wrong but I took the pics as an experiment not for the quality of image.
The thing is if you want to get nice sharp images of a moving car you will need to reduce your shutter speed. In doing that, your images will be darker unless you up the ISO. Then you will obviously get more noise on the image. The best thing to do is just edit the contrast, brightness and...
