I've just had exactly the same problem with mine. I presumed it was the usual case of needing washers put in, however when I fitted the washer the noise got worse. Stripped it down and some how I've managed to crack the housing of the bearings in the strut, perhaps taking the whole strut apart...

Afternoon All, Is anybody on here a whizz kid with the horrific programme which is MS Word 2010? Having problems with number - i.e. doesn't follow logic. For example I'm trying to continue numbering from 6.1 but it continues with 7.2. Life would be so much easier if this god awful programme...
