Ph1 172 gearbox build problem
The box is currently out of the car and apart. The cluster is sitting in one half of the casing and im now at the point of putting the middle casing on and aligning the selectors up inside the gearbox. I have tried a few dry builds and got no where.- Dean_W

Ph1 172 gearbox build problem
Hi, Im currently in the middle of putting back together a ph1 172 gearbox. Now im struggling to get the selector arm to sit in the right place, so all gears are selectable! Clio 172 in limp mode
I currently have a phase one 172 (x plate) when driving home last night on the motorway the car decided to go into limp mode as soon as you hit 4000 rpm. Any revs below this and the car drives fine.
