I've managed to convince him to go down the Dropbox route after he initially decided against it. With Dropbox Business, is it possible to have cloud backups? He wants his documents to be backed up in case anything happens or he does something wrong, so is there file recovery?

I've got quite a few clients who've got Windows 8 and every single one of them couldn't use it. I'd go to do training with them and it was like being 80 and using a PC for the first time.

Windows 8 was a disaster in my opinion. I consider myself computer savvy but I couldn't work with 8. I bought machines and had 7 installed on them. 10's UI looks so much better.

I spoke to Apple support via chat and they told me to do the Erase Disk thing and had to reinstall OS X afterwards. I was up most of the night getting me files and programs back on there.
