After fitting my new momo wheel, when I indicate it doesnt turn off after rotating the wheel. I am 100% sure the boss is the right way round. What could be causing this to happen?

Am going to replace my front door speakers on my 2002 clio. If i get the same size speaker (5.25 speakers), do i just take old ones out and connect new ones up using same wires? Also will new front speakers produce more base or just better quality.
