been a fair while since ive had a 182/172 this is now my 8th and all tho i was a honda man at heart i cant seem to stay away
its 04 with both cup packs with 45k . pretty standard bar a map system sports cat , owned by a renault mechanic prior . seems alot sharper than any other ive owned for...
i have a late 01 ph1 clio 172 a ph2 exhaust fits on it but do i have a twin or single lamba , its got a twin barrell cat but im unsure what to look for in a decat

im gona get my ph1 172 serviced its got 69k last service at 65k , timing belt recently changed so this isnt in question
am i best using genuine renault products ie oil filter g,box oil etc .. has anyone used better ?

ive a mate who has a 182 with the dreaded clicking/cracking topmount problem , im led to believe from past posts that a washer cures this problem the v6 one or similar , has anyone cured this and if so what did they use ie the v6 one or just a certain sized washer (if so what size etc)

ive currently got my ph1 to a level of cleanliness and exterior standard that im happy with , ive done the yozza thing (too loud) and the speedline 2118,s (too small) and have a few quid to throw at it ... ive worked hard to save my money without the wife spending it so question is what would...
ive managed to source a set of clock with almost identical mileage that i was going to get my mate to fit smd,s to and then fit them to my car so im not looking at a big gap for a day or two , is it just a straight swap or will there be ecu encription problems

is there any head units that are compatable with the digital display on top of the dash , i remember the last sony i fitted blanked out most of it and had nowhere to link the volume controls , and coz i couldnt stand looking at an all but blank screen i removed it and put the standard one back in
ive a ph1 172 with standard airbox , im told the origional box is the best but what filter do i put in , itg, k+n i really dont know what to go for so any help would be fab

after getting this of steve @ r-sportscars a couple of months ago ive added what i think a few subtle mods and so far i like the improvements

got myself a brand new set of ph2 rear lights for my motor but they seem to be lighting up wrong , what am i doing wrong or what should i be doing to make them work correctly :S i thought it would be a simple case of unplug the old ones and clip the new ones in:o

just thought id escape the family dinner today and give my latest and fourth 182 a clean and some photos coming from a strong honda backround ive now gone to the dark side yet again ... got this a few weeks back and have been tinkering with it cleaning and adding a few touches (more to come)...

i have a lumpy idle just ever so slightly tho . but its annoying ive a mate who works for renault who says its the plugs can annyone recomend decent plugs or should i just go the standard renault route at 60 quid
