I would suggest finding somewhere that have demos setup with various projectors. The first choice is choosing either LCD or DLP.
Some people have a problem with DLP projectors and suffer from something called the rainbow effect, where you see RGB lines across the screen if you look across the...
I'm just in the process of converting one of the spare rooms into a home theatre myself, and have spent a fair bit of time looking into projectors.
For that budget depending whether you want 3d or not, the Epson tw3200 would be quite a good purchase.

My 1.4 isn't too bad. Normally average around 520-40 with a mixture of A roads and town driving when driving gently, however get about 420-460 when driven with a bit more vigorously.
The DCI is probably a better buy though, should get decent mpg all day long even when driven not quite so gently.
I'm only driving between my house and the gym, about 25 miles round trip no motorways/no dual carriageways.
Done 420 miles on the trip computer, filled up with petrol 39 litres to full, leaving 11 litres in the tank. Work it out for yourself.
What benefit have I got to gain by making it up...
Where abouts have people mounted the ballasts for HIDs on the PH1's, can see a place on the passenger side(plate next to battery), but cant see anywhere on the drivers side to mount it?
Where have other people mounted them?
Chris
Where abouts is the relay for the central locking located?
If it is located in the Relay box under the glovebox which relay is it?
Having a hard time trying to find any information regarding which relays do what?, either on here or a quick browse on the internet.
Any help would be greatly...
Are there any diagrams relating to the relay layout, only because I need to replace the relay for my fog lights and central locking but im not sure which relays do what?
Hey,
Where abouts is the front foglight relay located?
I have found the relay box under the glove box, but am unsure which relay is the one for the front foglights.
I have a mk2 Ph1 2000 1.4 SI.
Kind regards

Strange question, but is it possible to fit the outside temperature sensor to a model that doesnt have it standard?
The car in question is a 2000 clio 1.4 Si
Chris
Yeah that's the kit I was looking at getting, how much work is required as far as modifying the light cluster?, can't seem to find any guides or anything like that on fitting them however everyone says it takes about ten mins, what do I actually have to do as far as fitting them goes?
Chris
Hiya,
Looking at Getting a set of Hids for my clio, I have a 1.4 SI which has the same light setup as the ph1 172.
How much work is involved in installing a set of Hids?
How simple is it to swap to normal bulbs if i wanted to remove the Hids for some reason?
Chris
Hey

Thanks

Hey,
I currently have a strange whining noise in my clio, its a 2000 1.4/16v Si manual.
When im in 3rd and 5th gear between about 1700-2100 rpm it makes a slight whining noise?, only when i am accelerating though, if i come of the accelarator it stops?
Any ideas?
Thanks
Chris
Hey
Well any other methods creating the same effect are much apreicated because i would have to agree, £13 does seem a bit extreme for what it is!
Thanks Chris
Hey,
I'd rather get an 10" or something that kind of size for the boot, was thinking about getting something like an underseat one, but if i get a cheapish active one for the boot now, when it comes to doing a proper install it will make things a bit easier because the wires will already be...
