Would you put a 172 trim in to a Cup! I like the 172 trim and feel like swapping it so I get rear head rests and all that or would this ruin the cup!:S

Right I have been running my 172 cup on super unleaded IE 98-99 Ron is it OK to run these cars on normal unleaded or will it cause knock IE detonation! Thanks Alan!!

What oil do guy's use in your 1*2s and how often do you change it! I am used to every 3k on the scooby! Lol I was thinking of using Silkolene PRO S 5W-40 Ester Synthetic! What do you think!:D
