Its the bolt and two nuts as far as I could tell from our mechanic, can't really offer much more of an explanation than that.

Turns out it was the mount that is located under the battery? Much cheaper job to do but apparently no renault garages stock the part needed so may be a bit of a wait for that.

Its gone in to a trusted family mechanic. He seems to think it might be a mount but won't get a proper look at it until Monday. Fingers crossed.

Couldnt initially see any leaks but couldnt really get under the car very well, I have however used 0.5L of oil in a couple of weeks compared to not using any in the months previous!

On the drive home tonight the clutch would "occasionally" slip, happened about 3 times on my journey home. Would slip at about 3k for a second or two. I could then not get it to do it again by flooring it until the same thing randomly happened again a few mins later. Only 30k on the clutch...
