Hey does anyone know the size if the 197 throttle body? I have Itg maxogen coming to me in a few days but I don't know the size of throttle body silicone hose required , if anyone could help be a huge help Leigh

No we went to another about a mile away dyno wont be ready for another 2-3 weeks.

Exhaust cost me around £100 in the end as i baught one off here and it was knackerd so after arguing with jp for a long time i got one made up for a fraction of the price.

Seems the case up and down the forum to be honest , Some claim more than it is true fact the 197/200 mapping in general from renault is shocking air and fuel ratio is always a balls up according to a few places ive spoken too and Ktr said the same,

First graph was from 5 weeks ago , soon as you decat 197/200 You open a hole up in the ground , massive flat spot thats why it does that but there all the same not alot you can do, New one shows a mini dip and 4200 but i can honestly say i cant feel a thing , my last flat spot was terrible...

That was its lowest most 197's suffer from air fuel ratio being wrong thats been told a few times by different companys. Very happy now , its not lump lumpy but sounds different , exhaust sounds more different as power comes in very quick. Yes thats what made my mind up for the next step...

Update , (from 197.net ) I took the car down few weeks ago which pulled a modest 165bhp which was around thenormall sort of mark for renaults generic mapping. Having a remap and a few tweeks saw the car have a massive gain from that to 191bhp reason being renaults map sometimes casues gasses...

As said i was doing the rear badge in carbon too , its now done and looks pretty good :)

Not a clue just going off some ones comment on the 197 owners forum Need to have a look to see what's possible I'd like oem look with the centre caps sane colour but them the diamonds in carbon ;)

172 caps " apparently fit " just need to get one too try if not il pinch the diamonds off another set bond them on after painting the caps same colour and wrap the mini diamonds in carbon.

There not to everones taste however I like the look it gives , as silly as it sounds with the badge and kit and headlights I think it looks pure evil !

Oh and I'm going to get some centre caps knocked up to match wheels .

Few nice touches inside then I'm done :)
